The club does not provide driving instruction, mechanical inspection, or insurance for you or your vehicle. You are responsible for your own insurance and vehicle condition.
Some events may require signing a separate waiver and release; additional terms displayed at event registration are incorporated by reference.
6) Payments, Dues, and Refunds
We may offer membership dues, event fees, or merchandise for purchase through the Site.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a specific event page, all dues and event fees are non‑refundable.
You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method. You agree to our third‑party processors’ terms.
7) User Conduct and Community Guidelines
By using the Site or participating in club spaces (forums, comments, messages), you agree you will not:
-Post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content.

-Post advertisements or spam without authorization.
-Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
-Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or interfere with its operation.
We may moderate, remove, or restrict content or accounts at our discretion.
8) User Content; License You Grant
If you post, upload, or otherwise submit content (text, photos, videos, event recaps, forum posts) (“User Content”), you represent that you own or have rights to it. 9) Photo/Video at Events; Publicity Release
Club events are often photographed or filmed by organizers or members. The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the club or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Trademarks: CORVETTE®, CHEVROLET®, the Bowtie Emblem, and related marks and logos are the trademarks of General Motors LLC (“GM”). The club is an independent enthusiast organization not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by GM unless expressly stated. Any use or reference to GM’s marks is for descriptive purposes only.
You may not use the club’s name, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
11) Third‑Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third‑party websites or services (e.g., payment processors, social networks, mapping tools). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third‑party services is at your own risk and subject to those providers’ terms.
12) DMCA / Copyright Complaints

14) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CLUB, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, VOLUNTEERS, MEMBERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PARTICIPATION IN CLUB ACTIVITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE AT ISSUE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; some limitations may not apply to you.
15) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the club and its officers, directors, volunteers, members, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your participation in club events or activities.

Exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site is the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
20) Dispute Resolution; Informal Process
